Welcoming Adam Lane to the Nodabl Team

I couldn’t be more excited to welcome Adam Lane to the Nodabl team. Adam will be leading our technology team, although in true early-stage fashion, he’ll also be contributing across everything else Nodabl.

Adam brings a wealth of early stage startup experience as both an engineer and a leader. He was a senior engineer and leader at one of the early success stories in LA tech (Savings.com), the technical co-founder at VoteLAUSD / Gell.com, and a CTO Consultant at RelationUp. He is also the creator of MentorMyself, a self-improvement app with personalized suggestions and progress tracking.

In addition to the depth of experience, he brings a personal passion for the topic of enabling growth - MentorMyself was a personal project of his with clear parallels to Nodabl.

We have an exciting roadmap ahead of us to continue to make Nodabl more effective for professionals who want to take control of their professional growth. With Adam on board we’ll be able to accelerate our progress to the benefit of the entire Nodabl community.

Vikas is the founder of Nodabl. He started his career in management consulting at McKinsey & Company. When he left and joined the operating world, he was shocked at the difference in the way he experienced development and growth at McKinsey versus industry. This difference became even more apparent when he started managing a team for the first time. He was challenged with both developing himself as a leader and fostering growth in his team. Since then he's been thinking about how to improve the growth experience and enabling every person to be their professional best.
